Welcome to New to You Market! Every item you see here is pre-loved, hand-inspected, and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of second-chance fashion, we keep things simple:

- No returns.
- No exchanges.
Please double-check sizes, photos, and descriptions before you click “Add to Cart.” If you have any questions, reach out— we’re happy to measure or snap an extra picture for you.
2. Free Standard Shipping on Orders $50+
- Spend $50 or more (before tax) and shipping is on us—automatically, no code needed.
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate that you’ll see at checkout.
- Most packages leave our South Texas HQ within 2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days (U.S. only).
3. What if my package arrives damaged?
While the clothing itself is final sale, we want your experience to be stellar. If your parcel shows obvious shipping damage, email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the box and item. We’ll file a carrier claim and keep you updated.
